We utilize a safe and approved carbamide peroxide whitening gel and a scientifically proven light device to accelerate the whitening process. CANCELLATION POLICY
​
• Cancellations must be made within 24 hours before appointment. $25.00 per service will be charged to credit card on file.
• No Shows, no calls will be charged $50 per service booked to the credit card or gift certificate on file.

POLICY FOR ARRIVING LATE TO APPOINTMENTS
​
• Please take into consideration our time is money and when you run late, it runs us late.
• We will try to accommodate your scheduled appointments, but in the event you are late for any booked service, you are still responsible to pay full price for services booked.
INSUFFICIENT FUNDS POLICY

• $20 charge for returned checks

HOLIDAY DEPOSITS
​
• We require a 20% deposit or a $50 minimum at the time of booking appointments for Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Father’s Day.
• If the appointment is not cancelled within 24 hours, you will lose your deposit.
• If you are a no show, you will be charged the full amount of service as stated in our cancellation policy.

REFUND POLICY ON PRODUCTS

• 3 day return policy on all products and a 20% restocking fee
*All new clients need to arrive 20 minutes prior to scheduled appointment to complete new client packet. This will keep from cutting into your service time.
